Fill out the form on our homepage with your hotel name, city, dates, price, currency, and booking platform. It takes about 30 seconds.
We support bookings from all major platforms: Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Priceline, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and more.
Step 2: We keep checking your price
After you submit your booking, we look up live rates for your hotel and dates, so we can compare what's available now to what you paid.
We also note which site has the best deal, whether that rate includes free cancellation, and what other OTAs are charging so you can compare.
Price checks run automatically — more often as your check-in approaches. We stop checking 72 hours before your check-in date.
Step 3: You get an alert when the price drops
When we find a price lower than yours, we email you. The alert shows your original price next to the new one, the exact savings in dollars and percent, and a direct link to rebook on the cheapest site. We also list what other booking sites are charging, and flag whether the lower rate has free cancellation.
We skip the noise. Refundable bookings need at least $15 in savings before we bother you. Non-refundable bookings need $50 or 15%.

Refundable booking
Cancel your existing booking, rebook at the lower price through the link in the alert, and submit the new booking at rateranger.io if you want to keep tracking.
Non-refundable booking
Weigh the savings against the cancellation penalty. We only alert you on non-refundable bookings when the savings are big enough that it might be worth it.
We include an "I've rebooked" link in every alert so we know to stop monitoring.
