How to Use Rate Ranger

How do I track a hotel booking?

Go to the Rate Ranger homepage and fill out the booking form with your hotel name, dates, price, and email. It takes about 30 seconds. We'll start monitoring your booking and email you if the price drops.

How do I stop watching a booking?

Click the "Stop watching this hotel" link in the footer of any Rate Ranger email. Monitoring will stop immediately.

Something looks wrong with my booking details?

Click the "Something wrong?" link in your confirmation email. This opens a pre-filled correction form where you can fix hotel name, dates, price, or other details.

How do I delete all my data?

Click the "Delete my data" link in the footer of any Rate Ranger email. This permanently removes your email, all bookings, price checks, and alerts from our system. You can also email us at hello@rateranger.io to request deletion.

Which booking platforms do you support?

We support booking confirmations from: Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Priceline, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. For the full list and details, visit our supported platforms page.

For other platforms, our AI-powered parser will attempt to extract booking details automatically.

Troubleshooting

I submitted a booking but didn't get a confirmation

Check your spam/junk folder for an email from Rate Ranger. If you still don't see it after a few minutes, try submitting your booking again. Make sure your email address is correct and the booking details are accurate.
